These are the three events.
The two free items is the red and blue face paint! Its been gone for over 2 years! You can get the blue face paint in the Pizza Parlour.
Then, you can get the red face paint in the Coffee Shop.
To do the Marathon, all you do is STOP AT ALL THE LIGHTS. If you miss any lights, you have to start over from the light you missed. (Start at the Ski Village)
To do the 3 Lap Race Event, STOP AT ALL THE WHITE LINES IN THE FLOOR.

Now the Free Style Swimming Event is kind of hard because the lights don't always turn on. But they will eventually turn on.
